My dashboard will not open the activity icons so I can log my activity. Help?

@ncwmarilyn I just saw THIS thread. It seems it is a new bug. Hopefully it will soon be sorted, but keep your eye on that thread for updates.

If this in in the app (rather than the website dashboard) try uninstalling the app, restarting your phone and then reinstalling the app and logging back in. Hopefully that should fix it. Let us know.

The website dashboard is a bit different to use from the app. Tap the Recent Exercise tile near the top and at the bottom of the tile little menu drops down. Select See More (on the right) then chose the Exercise tab and scroll down to Log Activities. Seems a lot more long winded than on the app to me, but that is how you do it. Let us know how you go!
