I had to create a new account to post this message.
its been 3 weeks, 4 interactions with support and no resolution to getting my password recovered.
This is a basic account management process . I'm so frustrated. Is there anyone in support that can figure this out? Case 21259127

That sounds very frustrating. Having said that, I'm sure that if the support team is aware of the issue, something is being done to resolve it. I'd say that we wait until they give you a final response and then we can proceed depending on that.
Please let me know when they do respond.
