App not working

Last Saturday, suddenly my Fitbit App stopped syncing with my tracker.

I have now deleted the App and reloaded it again. I tried to log in again with my email and passport but it does not work

I can log in via my computer into my account

How should I proceed to upload my App again and have it syn my tracker?

Hello @RalfH, thanks for joining the Forums.

 

It is possible that there was a type on the email address you entered on your computer and the account was created with that typo in mind. To check on that, I'd recommend that you go into the settings of your account on the web Dashboard. There, you should be able to see the email address used to create the account to confirm if it is the same as the one you entered on the app.
