App platform required password

And didn't accept so I reset password and all exercise data dissapeared and then synced only today data back on. Why do it suddenly require password after months of use and the all data seems lost. Can I get the data back. It's annoying.

I would like you to make sure you're logged into the same account that you were before resetting your password. I've noticed that some users accidentally create another account with a similar email address or another one, you could double check the date this account was created by clicking on your profile picture > below your name it will show the date you joined Fitbit. 

 

Also, please provide me with more details about the required password message that you received. Did you receive this message in your Fitbit app or online Dashboard?
