Hi the bottom right hand button on my versa wont pull my alarm when I press and hold it nothing happens

I don't know what you mean by 'wont pull my alarm', but pressing the bottom right button and releasing quickly brings up the app from the bottom left of the first app screen.

Top right button brings up app from top left of same app screen.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
