Hi, @BrendanK! I would suggest trying to clear your cache and sign back in.

I have tried to find "cache" on the app, any clue as to where it might be.

Thanks

What kind of phone do you have? I can try to help, but need at least that much information.

You should be able to go into your phone's settings-->Apps-->open the Fitbit app, and clear both the cache and data, then log back in again.

I did as you suggested, However the tab for the reports on the dah board have gone missing. I am not so sure of my membership now. Fitbit membership does not seem to indicate that I have Premium Membership, at least I cant find it.

I'm not clear what reports tab you're referring to. Are you talking about the old premium on the web dashboard? Premium includes more insights about sleep, activity, and consumption, as well as guided programs you can find in the discover tab of your app.

Thanks for your email. I have checked again and at last I found the data I
was looking for. BTW can I add blood pressure and diabetic data?
