Can't export data on Windows 10

I can't export my Charge 3 data on Windows 10 like I could with Windows 7. There seems to be no option available, so I go to the Win7 computer weekly to export data. What am I missing? Is this no longer available for Win 10? Would a move to a MacBook give me my data? Win 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft and I'd like to get rid of that computer and it's risks.

The option is there under Windows 10 but via a web browser. Here's a direct link: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/data/export
