I received a Charge 2 for Christmas.  I have the basic Fitbit for 5 years.  In the directions for the Charge "gear" icon is mentioned several times.  I can not find that icon anywhere on the Fitbit.com site.

Hi, @pb1! The icon is on the top right. You can see your profile bubble, the speech bubble, and then the gear icon. It brings you to the settings.

Thanks so much.  I looked at that symbol and thought "settings" not gear.

Hi, I did have that gear icon but it isn’t there now. Guess I must contact Fitbit help.
