I entered my email address for my wifes charge 2 which i bought her for Xmas. I went to change the email address and the details in the profile i had set up has gone. Also the product has changed to a Zip and it says i have been a member since 2016! Very confused - any help please?

Hi @Wishywashy Did you wife already have a Fitbit account that she had forgotten about and perhaps have a Zip?
