Changing the calorie value of custom food.

I input a custom food today but realised later that I have put the wrong calorie value.

 

How can I change it? Or failing that, how can I deleat it?

Input the same food but with a slight variation in the name (add a star or #1 to it) and the correct calorie count.  That way you won't get it mixed up with the incorrect one.
