Very frustrated since I have had this problem (Charge 5 not recording Sleep of Health Metrics) for weeks. Worked well - then just stopped. Have tried resetting, wearing in different position and on different wrist. 

Even contacted Fitbit who said they would email me instructions and never did. Am on Premium 3 months free trial - but no point in subscribing if Charge 5 cannot give me the stats, Shame since I've had a Fitbit for years and years now... Anyone got a solution I haven't tried?

Am not getting accurate readings for sleep and no data for health metrics, only HR is working. 

Very frustrated as well as it worked fine before. Would love to hear a solution. Already rebooted soft and to factory settings, nothing seems to work. 

Disconnected, reconnected, and reinstalled my app. Updated everything I could update.
