Conversion of steps to km in lifetime totals does not calibrate accurately

The daily total steps covert to kms accurately; the lifetime steps do not.  Prior to the last update that calculation worked  This seems like such a simple fix. Wonder why it has not been done.

Maybe this has not been brought to the attention of the developers.

BTW where do you see your lifetime distance? Is it really on your Zip or on the website?

You find it under lifetime achievements when you click on your personal profile on the website.

Have tried to catch the attention of the programmers but no luck as yet.

See this thread, where Fitbit staff said, " We’re aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products." In other words, they know and they don't care.

YAHOO!!!!  Thank you.  Signed on today and there was the calculation done perfectly!!  The lifetime steps are now just as they should be - a tabulation of all the steps that have been walked.
