So far today I've had 14.4G of fat and 17G of protein but the daily totals list me at 34% fat & only 18% protein. Is there something I'm missing here? Shouldn't it be like 22% protein and 20% fat.
Thanks

The % figures are not based on number of grams, but on number of calories.
Fat has more calories per gram than protein and carbs, which would give it a higher %.
Protein and carbs have 4 calories per gram. Fat has 9 calories per gram.
------------------------------------------------
As an example, these are my figures so far today.
To check the figures, multiply number of grams by 4 or 9 to get the calories:
Protein: 19 x 4 = 76
Fat: 8.6 x 9 = 77.4
Carbs: 43.8 x 4 = 175.2, then deduct the 4.5 grams of fiber = 170.7
76 + 77.4 + 170.7 = 324.1 (total calories)
76 (protein calories) is approximately 23% of 324 (total calories).
The % figures will only be approximate because of decimal places being rounded up or down.
Hope that helps (and makes sense!)
