Different times for same Run on Android app & the Windows 10 PC

I've just started using the android app to track my running in conjunction with my old Fitbit HR.  The phone GPS tracks time and distance. After 3 runs I've noticed a difference between the logged time on the phone that syncs to the cloud and my PC. The phone time seems correct but the one in the cloud adds 10-20 seconds. I'd have thought they'd be the same. Also the "Pace" logged doesn't seem to agree with any of the times and the distance run. 

 

It seems curious.

Thanks for bringing this up and explaining what is going on.

 

In this case I'd like to ask you to share some screenshots of what you are seeing. Being able to see the differences as they show up should be helpful to understand what might be going on.

 

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to log out of your account and then log back in from both ends. That way it will force all data to be loaded again and should help so that they both show the same details.
