I normally receive an e-mailed weekly progress report from Fitbit every Tuesday. However, occasionally I don’t receive the e-mail at all, as has happened this week. I had a very active week last week & was looking forward to my progress report. Please can you advise me if I can still receive the report relating to the week which ended on Sunday 27th May?

I have the same problem. I didn't get my weekky report today. I always get them on tuesdays around 1am but not today.

I am also experiencing that issue. Some weeks I receive it some weeks I don't
