Like to know how to add more exercise on Fitbit charge 3, like stairmaster and spinning cycles

Hello @Tango5 and welcome to the Help forum.  There are about 20 exercise shortcuts available . But your Charge 3 can't hold all of them at once.  Stairclimber and Spinning are on the list.  This Help article lists all the shortcuts.  There is a section that tells you how to customize your list.  You can do it from the web dashboard or your phone app.
