Fat Burn, Cardio and Peak vs Light, Moderate, Vigorous and Peak

ANSWERED

I used to judge my cardio fitness on the PC dashboard after a Walk with Fat Burn (95 to114bpm), Cardio (115 to 139bpm) and Peak (140+ bpm) minutes but now the PC Dashboard is not available (not happy) I now have the Android Phone App Dashboard with Light, Moderate, Vigorous and Peak minutes. What is the difference?

@spc86   The Fat Burn, Cardio, and Peak terms are used with Active Minutes.  Fat burn started at 50% of your max heart rate, etc.  The CDC updated its physical activity recommendations in 2018.  The current terms are Light, Moderate, Vigorous, and Peak.  The heart rate zones are different, too.  Fitbit's active zone minutes correspond to the current recommendations.  They are a minimum of 150 minutes/wk of moderate activity or 75 minutes/wk of vigorous activity or a combination of the two.  The active zone minute heart rate zones are consistent with the updated CDC heart rate zones.

You mobile app and web dashboard are different because Fitbit stopped updating the web dashboard years ago.  This started long before Google bought Fitbit.
