Wrong date on Fitbit

How can I fix the date?  Last week my fitbit date jumped ahead 2 days,  Right now, it thinks it is 11:33 on 4/24.

I have re-paired, re- synced and double and triple checked the time zone.

How can I fix this?

Hello @Bellenb 

Sorry to see you're having problems with the date on your Fitbit and haven't been able to resolve it.

Some users have had success by

  • Disable the Automatic Time Zone & Automatic location
  • Change the time zone to something else
  • Do a manual sync
  • Re-enable Automatic Time Zone & Automatic location
  • Do a manual sync
