Fitbit App - dark screen

My fitbit screen is so dark you can't see it hardly at all, I read on a forum that you adjust it in the Fitbit app, but I can't find anyway to adjust the screen in the app.

Hello @Mike3135 and a warm welcome.  Your screen brightness is controlled on the device itself, if it can be controlled.  You don't say what model Fitbit you use.  But if you tap on the Help link, you can select your device and then go to that device's user manual.  If your screen brightness is adjustable, the instructions are there.
