Fitbit app not updating and syncing

I've updated my daughters fitbit on my app and since my info is missing the steps, HR, sleep, calories on the app.  Plus on the dashboard on the computer version it hasn't updated since 27th Oct.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I'd like to confirm if you are getting an error message when you try to sync? In the meantime I suggest refreshing the connection between your phone and your device, please do the following: 

 

  • Open the Fitbit app, tap the today tab and then tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Set Up a Device.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
