Flex User cant join group - "Sorry, only those with a Fitbit tracker can do that."

User has a Flex tracker.  We have a work group challenge, but I'm unable to add her to our group through email invitation.  When I try to email an invite, I get the message "Sorry, only those with a Fitbit tracker can do that."  She has a Fitbit tracker and an account (both tracker and mobile track), but I still get the same error.  Can you please help?

Hey there @hilt2010! It's pretty weird what's happening to your invitation. I would like to ask if you have a Fitbit tracker, this could be the reason why you can't invite the person that has a Flex tracker. 

I was trying to add a person that doesn't have a Fitbit and it let me sent the invitation. Also, you may want to clear cookies and cache if you do have a tracker.

I'm having this issue as well but I do not have a Fitbit hardware; I just sync my phones steps to Fitbit.
