Hi,

I am trying to set up a Fitbit Flex (original, not Flex2) on Mac OS X. But when I try to install the software, the Flex 1 is not listed. Please advise.

I'd like to take a closer look into the situation. Could you please take a screen shot of what you're seeing when you try to run the setup process? That way I'll determine the best way to proceed.
