When I started to use Fitbit, I noticed the Hawaii badge is missing. I contacted tech support and they replied they are "working to resolve the issue" and told me to change my setting to metric in order to see the Hawaii badge. Now that I got the last distance badge (Pole to Pole), the issue is still there.

@sn2019 I don't think it will ever get fixed. That bug has been around for a very long time. It was there when I joined in 2013, so I mean a very long time.

I got it they won't fix the bug. It just seems like it is such an easy bug to fix, they could have given it to a jr. high kid to do it as a summer project.

Summer project? If Fitbit existed in 2000, I think my son could have debugged this over the weekend. He and his fifth grade friends were writing game code as part of school projects. Yes, fifth grade.
