Max heart rate is set as 220 minus age, though you can set your own value.

To see zones, on phone app, tap "Zone Minutes" circle.

To see how zones are calculated, see What are heart-rate zones?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
