I did dishes.  I took off my fitbit and put it by my computer.  About 17 minutes later I went to shut down the ap and the heart was red and had dots around it.  I looked and it said my heart beat was at 169 and it had been that for 17 minutes (all the while it was just laying by my computer near the thingy you use to get it charged up.  There was a big red addition to my steps too.  I have one day on my minute report page that is all red (for about 8 or 9 hours) where I was at peak.  That day I didn't wear it at all.  If there isn't something wrong with your detection system or whatever, it is a miracle that this 76 year old woman isn't dead on the floor.  I have seen where you have denied something like this is happening to several other users. Well you are wrong.  Like one person said, if this isn't fixed, it's about time to switch to a different system.  I agree.
