Heart rate monitor not working & I've tried all suggestions.

I've restarted, shutdown,turned off and on... deleted app/put back ......2 days still nothing..

I would appreciate any help.....very frustrated.

I have a replacement Versa 2 sent to me for my above problems.....customer support was awesome.

Shipping took 6 days and problem solved!! Great job Fitbit!!
