Heartrate Stats on Desktop Dashboard and Log

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I can see there is a tile for your resting heartrate on the Fitbit Dashboard on the desktop app, but this only shows the last 30 days.

Is there any way to view your resting heartrate over a period of time (e.g. the past week, month, 3 months or year) in the "log" section like you can on the mobile app?

If not, are there plans to add this?

Hi @Mrskmilligan, I don't see anywhere in the dashboard where that can be logged. I'm interested in the same thing, and put the resting heart rate in a spreadsheet, where I can calculate monthly and annual resting heart rate averages. Not elegant, but it works.

You could start a thread requesting this functionality in the Feature Suggestion board. I'd certainly vote for it.

Thanks @WavyDavey ! I have posted a feature suggestion here to see if we get anywhere with this 🙂 It's good to track your resting heartrate and how it changes with exercise.
