Sleep Tracker Update

The new information on types of sleep (R.E.M., light, deep) recorded on Tuesday and Wednesday. This morning when I synced, it shows the old data-just length and restless, awake, etc. I did not get information on my sleep cycles. Help! Did I accidentally change a setting?

Ha. So this has happened to you too. Mine did exactly the same. I just bought the Alta HR and it's been great for two days but the heart rate tracking has stopped working and now the sleep tracking has reverted back to the old style. Not sure if this is the fault of the tracker or the app.

I just got a charge 2 yesterday and set it up last night.  Does it have the sleep tracker capability?  The box says so but I do not see that option when I scroll thru the different apps on the tracker.

Yes, I'm sure charge HR 2 has sleep tracking. 

 

I may be returning my tracker as the heart rate monitor does not work!!

Yeah I think there is a long thread on this but it looked like a new graph with REM, Light and Deep sleep right ? Then all of sudden its taken away and replaced with a useless no data graph?
