For the past few weeks I've been checking http://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1 but the live chat option is never available. My Charge HR has been completely dead for the past few weeks, won't turn on/charge

Hi @cjbit. I hear your frustration. Unfortunately, the live chat is not available 24/7. Have you tried during what would be normal business hours for Pacific Daylight Time?
In the mean time, Try restarting your Charge HR. Tap here for instructions. Do it three times in quick succession. That may snap it back to normal for you. Please let us know if it does.
