I work nights and I would love to use the activity reminder but it will not let me set the times I am awake to use it. I want to set it for 4PM to 7AM. Please Help

I'm afraid this is not currently possible. There is a popular feature request for this which you might like to vote for but note the comment from fitbit that they have no current plans to implement it:

Spending 300 plus dollars on a system and adding other things like the scale etc really disappointed that I can't have it work night shift.  Changing to new company
