Hours with 250+ Steps

My HR is recording my steps, the dashboard shows the steps, but the 250+ box is not giving me credit for those steps.  For example from 11:00 am - 11:15 I had 288 steps, but the pink dot is not colored in on the step box.  It did the same thing at 9am.  I had almost 300 and it did not color the dot.  What's the deal?  I rebooted everything, including my computer but nothing has changed.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @DawnG64. It's great to have you here. If you haven't done it already, I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Charge HR as a replacement device by following @SunsetRunner's steps. Additionally, you can uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit Connect software. If you are still experiencing the same issue please be so kind to provide me with a screen shot of the discrepancy to further investigate.
