How can I see my friend's step/distance graph from the online dashboard for a challenge we are doing

We are doing a challenge at work and normally I can see all of the mileage graphs for my friends. I made sure that they are visible and not private, but I cannot see any data. I also cannot see where I can change the date only on mine. It shows the graph is an option for me to view, but when I click on distance or steps it is blank. Is there another setting I need to do so I can view them? Thanks 🙂

I will gladly assist you with this and sorry for the late reply. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. You could also try using a different browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If the issue persist please share a screenshot of what you are seeing.
