How do am I able to export my sleeping heart rate stats?

Restoration-Sleeping Heart Rate is shown in the app but I don't see anywhere in the dashboard or my weekly states that gives me the option to export my sleeping heart rate history. Time below and above resting heart rate while sleeping. Would like to provide this information for an upcoming cardiologist appointment. Can only find average resting heart rate on dashboard.

How do I export my Fitbit account data?

As for sleep, I think we only get simple sleep stats but we can download heartrate.

 

As for sleep stages, sleep score this gets calculated when we pull up the screen and isnt part of the recorded data
