How to use Fitbit and Strava?

I have a Inspire HR,  which I originally bought to track HR for using with Strava.   I note that on a a couple occasions,  on my FitBit activities chart,  a "run"  (3 mile run/walk)  has been recorded as two activities. How can I combine these two?

You could combine the data that syncs between Fitbit and Strava by linking both account, follow this procedure. Fitbit will sync any activity recorded with GPS to Strava and Strava will sync any GPS activity recorded to Strava. 

Keep in mind that when having these accounts linked, there's no need to use both when tracking an activity, you could decide if you'll see Fitbit or Strava.
