When I post in community it comes up with submission under name Teddy2.  My name is TerryT.  The system allowed me to look at the Teddy2 profile which says I joined Fitbit in 2016 which is incorrect for me.   It also lets me look at my TerryT profile which has correct information showing I joined in 2015.  Has my profile been hacked?

We all have 2 profiles, one that's used for our fitness tracking and which manages our fitbit and then there is an optional, second profile for when we use these forums. Thet each have their own start date which is when you set up the profile.

 

It seems that your forums profile is Teddy 2 and your main fitbit profile is TerryT

 

Looking at your forums profile you made 3 posts in May 2016 about missing icons. Are these yours?
