@cpcnw Thanks for the post it will help others who are in this predicament.. I'm still using XP on another computer because it has my wife's ancestry DOS software... Keeps me active...

Yes. The last comment has it right. This is a design error. Because of the new image that was added, it is now impossible to "scroll" down to the "text" portion of the screen. Thus you cannot select Inspire HR.

 

CAN SOMEONE IN FITBIT CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE?!

 

This is quite ridiculous. All they need to do, is to rearrange the images, or allow for scrolling down the window.

 

Should not be that hard.
