Is Dashboard for Windows 10 broken?

The last couple of days accessing the Dashboard seems to be really slow (Google Chrome, Windows 10). Refreshing was especially slow. The workaround was to do a Google search for FitBit, go to the main FitBit page and then select Dashboard from there. Today even that does not seem to be working. Accessing the main FitBit page works no problem, but when I select Dashboard it goes through the dozen or so URLs it contacts in the process of bringing up the Dashboard and then nothing but the FitBit logo.
