Issues showing the correct steps on the website

Hi,

over the last few days I seem to be having discrepancies between the steps showing on the tracker and the website. For example today’s one is showing 147 steps and I can see clear gaps where no steps were showing then a recording and then nothing at all. Are you aware of any issues or is it me doing something wrong. Thanks

I woke up to 90,840 steps. I don't sleep with it as I can't deal with things on my arms when sleeping. It corrected itself about 5 hours later.

I thought this would have been the case but I am still waiting for the Sunday’s one to get corrected and it hasn’t.

I have a charge 5 and have the same issue, the first time it was 40,000 steps the next time 65,000 steps. Contacted them this morning and they advised me go into settings and delete the mobile tracking.

I have done this so we will see if the exaggerated steps continue
