It seems that since the upgrade on Saturday my exercise is not updating

My last exercise shows as being done last Saturday.  Since the upgrade I have nothing new showing.  I did get around 35 minutes in late on Sunday, had two long walks yesterday and walked to work (45 minutes one way) and back (1:15 minutes the long way) today.  I believe that my totals for the group I'm in haven't updated either; stuck at 2366 minutes but I'm not 100% sure.  I have a Charge 2 and had no issues at all (except for no activities registering for everyone in January-March).

I suggest you try restarting your tracker. You can find how to do so in this article. I hope it fixes it for you.
