It's not something I've done myself but Fitbit say:

"To connect your Fitbit and Strava accounts:

  1. Visit strava.fitbit.com and tap or click Connect.
  2. Log in to your Strava account.
  3. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the on-screen instructions."

Hi I’ve tried this about a dozen times now, and on my Fitbit versa special edition watch, in the strava app, it says to go to Strava settings on Fitbit mobile app and log in.

I’ve tried shutting down my watch, removing the strava and Fitbit apps on my phone then redownloading them and restarting my watch. I’ve tried using the Apple login for Strava, and also the email login, and still get the same message on my watch, and the Strava settings in the Fitbit mobile app still says unauthorised. I’ve even tried using the web version of Strava.
I’d hoped that after my run this morning my Strava might link up but no joy.
I’ll just keep on going round the loop on this, but would be really grateful if anyone knows of a specific issue that I can work around.
Thanks
