I had a charge 2 and recently got a Versa 2. I intended to use the charge 2 during workout and wear the Versa out. I cant sync my activity from wearing my charge 2 to the fitbit app on my phone. What do I do? The app only sees activities from the Versa. Thanks

Hello @Niks123,

Welcome to the community!

Try this:

  1. Launch the Fitbit App.
  2. Tap on your account (your picture on the top left).
  3. Do both of your trackers appear there?  If not, scroll down and tap on "Set up a Device".
  4. Follow the instructions.

This should enable both the Charge 2 and Versa 2 on your account.  Note:  This combination happens to work, other combinations do not.

I hope this helps.
