Loading music to Versa from Mac

The Versa Music app says I have to use the Desktop app, not the mobile iOS app, to load music from Mac to Versa. I do not see where to do that. Do I do it within the Mac version of the Dashboard. ...?

Can someone run me through the steps to do this?

Has anyone worked out how to do this with the Mac Desktop App? I have Fitbit Connect installed, but this says it's not compatible with the Versa.
