Lost my Charge 2 HR fitbit watch

I am still receiving emails about my watch though I lost it Saturday April 9 and have looked everywhere. The dashboard shows 345 steps on Tuesday April 12, so someone else must have my watch. Please contact me and return it. I really miss my watch!!!! I think the band became detached and the watch fell off my wrist in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Hi @greolivtre  you sure you didn't lose it somewhere close by? If you sync and see the stats, then it's within range - 25 feet or so. If someone else set it up, you wouldn't see it on your account. Read this article on what to do when it's lost.

It is not synced. It has not been synced since I had it but it does show steps on april 12 when the watch was missing. I will read the article. thanks.

Could be those steps were where it was moved. Maybe it's in a lost and found somewhere. Hope you find it.
