That sounds quite frustrating. I'd like to take a closer look at why they don't match, or how. Could you take some screen shots from both ends? That'd let me get a visual on the difference. Also, which one is showing the correct info?
In the meantime, perhaps you could try to log out and back into your Dashboard from both ends, app and web. That will force them to reload all information and might match at that point.
