Manually Add Calories

I am unable to wear my Fitbit to work but wish to add extra calories burnt during my working hours - I can't add it as an exercise as you have to specify the hours of exercise and obviously I'm not wearing it at that time. Is there any way around this as it means that my calories out aren't accurate therefore showing the calories I eat during the day are way over calories burned. I estimate I use an extra 500 calories whilst at work.

Hi @SmellyCat81,

 

I just make a note of the number and eat that much more each day. If you use the food log, you could also create a weight plan with a 500kcal per day surplus. It won't fix the calories out, but it will adjust your calories in to be appropriate.  Hope this helps.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Thanks for your help...I just hate to see the bar go red when it shouldn't if I could somehow manually add the extra kcal's! 

 

Can you set up weight plans for specific days, i.e. the days I'm at work but then have it as "normal" for the days I'm not working and can wear my wristband?
