For the last two months my monthly average steps have been inaccurate: January -481 and February -approx900. My year stats steps shown are currently 10105, with March at 278 at 7.32 on 1/3, February 9241, January 10032. The help chat line was hopeless at the end of January offering that I could manually add steps and telling me it was to do with being offline (I'm rarely offline). Are others experiencing this and is there any advice as to what can be done? I'm thinking of moving to Garmin.
