won't displaywon't display

it won't show my "best", nor will it for friends when I look at their profiles.  This symbol the circular arrows symbol appears then nothing happens.  Lifetime is ok.

This is a known error. Fitbit are aware of the problem but have not set any expectation for when it might be resolved.
