Calorie Budget Question

Ok on the dash board it has a tile of the calories I have left to eat. Then on a tile with Calories in vs. Out it sometimes says over budget by x amount of calories. So which tile do you go by? One tells me I have let say 120 calories left. But if I eat something less than 120 Calories it will usually say I'm over budget. So very confused. Which tile do I go by?

Hi @Mizmelzy,

That's a good question. They're looking at different things, which is why the numbers don't match up exactly.

The calories left to eat is the number of calories set in your plan, minus what you you've eaten that day.

Calorie In/Out take into account how many calories you typically burn in a day, and predicts what you're calories in and out will add up to by midnight of that day.

I prefer Calorie In/Out, as there are always hours after dinner that i'm still burning calories even when sitting or sleeping. Hope this helps.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
