My charge 4 works very but the strap connector disintegrated!.

I ordered a new strap from Fitbit website thinking that it was strap issue  but it did not solve the problem. After I looked closely to my charge 4 I observed that the problem is from the connector from the charger to the strap. Is there any parts/or how can I fix this issue. My fitbit works great but the connector from the charge 4 to the strap is damaged. Please help!!!

Hi @udom1983  go to Amazon and search "protective cover band for Charge 4" and see what is available. These bands encompass the pebble portion of the Charge 4 and will allow you to continue using your device. It's what many in your situation have done and they say it works.
