Does anyone have any idea what this message means? Why can't I do the post below?

@Gerwin1   I tried enlarging your image, but the red text gets too distorted and I can't read it.  What is the complete error message?  I also tried to search the screen name of the person you are responding to.  It's also too distorted when enlarged. There might be an issue with that user's account.  I looked at your profile and it looks like you added the same image to a different thread.  That shouldn't be a problem.  I've used the same images several times.

Forum doesn't allow posts containing numbers separated with dash (minus). If you didn't write anything like that in the text then my bet is the name of a photo file that probably contains such string of characters (I had similar issues posting from my Galaxy S8+ phone where screenshots were named using dash symbol). Try to rename photo (for example, replace dashes with underscores). It's stupid rule (probably introduced accidently as a bug).
